Service Description

Please book and pay in advance. Numbers are limited Once booked, no refunds or alterations as numbers are so pivotol. COVID-19 RULES -It is advised that high risk individuals should avoid this session for the time being -Individuals that have suffered with Covid-19 should follow guidance from their health professional on return to exercise -Anyone displaying any symptoms at all MUST NOT attend the session. You will also be asked for confirmation of this on arrival -Car sharing outside of your household is not permitted -Social distancing will be in place during the session. New rules will be in place and reminded regularly. -Hands will be sanitised by all on arrival and every 15mins during the session. -Bibs will not be shared, and all equipment will be sanitised before and after the sessions fully. -Sessions will be 50mins, and individuals will be asked to leave promptly and not arrive too early -The venues one way system should be observed -The doors will be open, and anyone not actively participating in the session should be social distancing. -No spectators -Bookings strictly in advance only for number restriction and track & trace purposes -Own drinks must be brought, and no extra items please -Toilets will be available, but please come ready to play
